We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We also reserve the right to limit the number of sales of our products or services to any person. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected. Nina’s Natural Kitchen reserves the right to refuse your sale. Nina’s Natural Kitchen reserves the right to change prices.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are at all dissatisfied please do get in touch.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries or issues, please do get in touch by contacting us. After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return. Once opened due to hygiene we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

Items in your order that are for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Nina’s Natural Kitchen you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees, if applicable, that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nina’s Natural Kitchen.

When ordering from Nina’s Natural Kitchen you will give us personal information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number etc. This information helps us understand a little bit more about you and we will need these for delivery purposes and may use this information to contact you. Occasionally you may be asked for additional information which is purely done for research. Please inform us if you no longer want to receive information from us. We assure you that your details will be kept safe and are only accessible to authorised staff. We will not pass any information to other parties or bodies.

By visiting Nina’s Natural Kitchen website you are consenting to join our database which may have links to other websites. Whilst Nina’s Natural Kitchen will not pass information to third parties we will not be held responsible for other websites data protection policies. Any links to third party websites located on this website are provided for your convenience only. If you choose to access a third party website linked to from this website it is at your own risk.
